- Save jobs to come back to
- Send proposals
- Manage active contracts and messages
For businesses and individuals
Need work done? Start with a job.
You don’t need to run a fleet. If a truck, trailer or machine needs a repair or service, posting a job takes four steps.
- 1
Job details
Give the job a title, choose the service type and describe the work.
- 2
Equipment and location
Say what the job is on and where it is.
- 3
Requirements
Set your requirements, a budget range and a preferred start date.
- 4
Review and post
Check the details and post the job to the marketplace.

For independent technicians
Find opportunities beyond your own network.
Browse heavy vehicle and equipment jobs, check the details and budget, and send proposals for the work that suits your skills and availability. There’s no guarantee of work; you choose what to pursue.
- 1
Browse jobs
See jobs posted by businesses and individuals, with tags for the type of work.
- 2
Filter and save
Narrow by category, job type, budget and location, and save jobs to come back to.
- 3
Review the details
Check the equipment, location, setting, budget range and how many proposals there are.
- 4
Send a proposal
Propose for the jobs that suit you, then manage active contracts and messages in your inbox.

Marketplace questions
Is the HVEMS marketplace live?
Not yet. HVEMS is in development and the marketplace is part of the platform being built. You can register your interest through the enquiry form.
Who can use the marketplace?
Independent technicians use it to find work. Businesses and individuals use it to post jobs. Internal technicians who work for a company on HVEMS stay in their company’s workspace and don’t use the public marketplace.
What kind of work will be posted?
Maintenance and repair jobs on heavy vehicles and equipment, such as trucks, trailers, excavators, loaders and other machinery.
Does posting a job guarantee someone will take it?
No. The marketplace makes your job visible to independent technicians, who can send proposals. You review the proposals and decide who to work with.
Can a company use its own team and the marketplace?
Yes. A company manages its internal technicians in its own workspace and can post jobs to the marketplace when it needs extra support. Its internal technicians don’t see or use the marketplace.
Be ready when the marketplace opens.
