About HVEMS

Bringing heavy vehicle maintenance into one connected system

HVEMS stands for Heavy Vehicle & Equipment Management System. It’s a technology initiative focused on giving heavy vehicle maintenance the connectivity and organisation the work demands.

Why HVEMS exists

Heavy vehicles and equipment need regular maintenance, and that work involves many people: managers planning it, technicians carrying it out, and owners who simply need a job done.

Too often the information sits in separate systems, spreadsheets and phone calls, and the people who could help are hard to find. HVEMS is being built to bring maintenance management and service opportunities into the same place.

Practical workflows
The platform follows how maintenance actually moves: from what’s due, to a job, to the person doing it.
One record per machine
Maintenance, inspections and documents belong to the vehicle or equipment they relate to.
Open beyond fleets
